Payment Policy
Transfer Note: Customer name + Pickup date
Notes:
- MaDi accepts a deposit of at least 50% of the total order value.
- In cases where the person placing the order is not the recipient (i.e. the cake is ordered as a gift for someone else), MaDi requires full payment of 100% of the order value.
- If the order has been placed but the kitchen has not started preparation, and the customer requests to change the pickup date or cancel after making the deposit, the deposit will
- be kept for future orders.
- For same-day orders or orders within 24 hours prior to the pickup time, MaDi will not refund the deposit in case of cancellation.
Please send us the payment confirmation (transfer receipt) after completing the transfer so that our accounting team can verify and we can proceed with your order.
