Delivery coverage

Due to the specific nature of each cake category, MaDi applies the following delivery limits:

For buttercream flower cakes: Delivery within 10 km from the store
For fondant cakes and cupcakes: Delivery within 15 km from the store

Delivery fee

As cakes are delicate products requiring careful handling to ensure they reach customers in perfect condition, MaDi pays delivery partners at twice the standard fee on the Ahamove app. However, customers are only required to pay 1.5 times the standard Ahamove fee, with the remaining cost subsidized by MaDi.
Free delivery is available for all orders from 1.500.000 VND within District 7.

Note: Delivery before 7:30 AM or after 7:00 PM will be charged at twice the standard Ahamove fee.

Free delivery programs within a 10 km radius from MaDi Bakery may vary depending on monthly promotions. Please contact our admin team for more details.

Product receipt and warranty

Upon receiving your cake, please carefully check: the message on the cake, decoration, and overall condition.
If there are no issues, please sign confirmation with the delivery staff. After confirmation, MaDi will not be responsible for the cake’s content or appearance.
If the cake is damaged during transportation or does not match the confirmed request, MaDi will repair it free of charge. If repair is not possible, MaDi will provide a replacement product or compensate 150% of the order value.
If within 24 hours after receiving the cake, you notice any unusual smell or signs of spoilage, please inform MaDi immediately. Our staff will inspect the product, and if the issue is due to production, MaDi will refund 150% of the order value.
If the cake is damaged after confirmation due to dropping or impact, you may contact MaDi. Depending on the damage, we will inform you of the repair cost and arrange on-site support with your approval.

Storage and usage instructions

Buttercream cakes / cupcakes

Best consumed within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for better texture and flavor.

Fresh cream cakes / chilled cakes (Mousse / Tiramisu)

Best consumed within 2 days from the date of receipt.

Notes:

All cake products must be kept sealed and stored in the refrigerator.

Do not consume products past their expiry date or showing signs of spoilage.
