Sandy Vo (Vo Thi Ha Hai) is not only the Head Pastry Chef but also the one who breathes life into every creation at MaDi.

Sandy’s philosophy is simple yet refined: “Each cake is uniquely made for a one-of-a-kind moment.” She believes that every creation must achieve a perfect balance between delicate flavors and artistic design, allowing the recipient to fully feel the emotions behind the gift. In particular, Sandy has a strong passion for crafting edible flowers from a variety of materials in cakes and for refining intricate color details, transforming each cake into a distinctive and one-of-a-kind piece.
