Hung believes that every cake must be made with complete dedication, as if it were made for himself. When he starts working on a cake, the world seems to fall silent, leaving only absolute focus on the creation taking shape. He appreciates the simplicity of cake flours and the freshness of fruits, using them to craft the most authentic flavors.

Known for his strong skills in structure and assembly, Hung has the ability to transform cakes beyond traditional round or square forms, creating unique and complex designs. In addition, he is also a quality control specialist. He is responsible for overseeing the baking process in accordance with HACCP standards, from ingredient sourcing to packaging, ensuring that every cake delivered to customers is flawless.
